As a result, our clients do not need to wait 24 hours to receive the crucial answers they need during normal business hours. Unlike many of Akorbi’s competitors, we have invested significantly in employing only the most qualified full-time project managers based within the United States as proof of our commitment to our client’s full customer satisfaction.

It is our goal at Akorbi to ensure a smooth and trouble-free translation and interpretation process from start to finish. Toward that end, for each of our accounts we designate a project manager who remains the primary point of contact for the client, thus ensuring consistency. The project manager first determines which translation service is currently available based on relevant criteria detailed in the Statement of Work. A report is then produced outlining a system for prioritizing translations that is both efficient and logical. The project manager assumes complete responsibility for the quality of the project and maintains close communication with the client throughout the process. This comprehensive system enables our project managers to assign a translation and editing team capable of providing the most accurate and efficient translation service possible.

Our project managers are also responsible for completing all reporting requirements; these include an initial assessment in addition to monthly follow-up reports. Each month, the project manager provides an updated calendar showing current translation projects and their completion dates. We take deadlines very seriously at Akorbi, and strive to provide the most accurate services possible on time.

In addition, our proprietary translation project management software ensures the smooth completion of every project. The Director of Delivery supervises all of our projects through the use of our proprietary project management software specifically designed to ensure that every project manager runs on budget as well as on time. It is through the use of our project management portal that our team is able to immediately recognize any issue or delay, and the delivery supervisor can receive an immediate alert
